Terms of Service

Last updated: April 29, 2026

1. Agreement

By using TPxi Go ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by DisplayCache ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TPxi Go provides browser extensions, mobile applications, and Outlook/Teams add-ins that integrate with TouchPoint® Church Management Software. The Service acts as a proxy and interface layer between your devices and your church's TouchPoint® database.

3. Account & Authentication

  • Each user must authenticate with their own TouchPoint® credentials.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • The church administrator who subscribes is responsible for managing user access.
  • We do not store your TouchPoint® password. A Personal Access Token (PAT) is created and stored locally on your device.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • TPxi Go is offered on an annual subscription basis at $199/year per church, unlimited users. Subscriptions that began during the early-bird window (through June 30, 2026) remain at $99 for that subscription's first year and renew at the standard $199/year rate thereafter.
  • Subscriptions cover unlimited staff users within a single church.
  • A free 30-day trial is available. No credit card is required for the trial.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 30 days of a charge.

5. Scholarship Program

We offer a scholarship program for churches that cannot afford the subscription. Scholarship requests are reviewed individually. Approval is at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access data beyond your authorized TouchPoint® permissions
  • Share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Use the Service to harvest, scrape, or export bulk data from TouchPoint®
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We do not store church member data on our servers.
  • All data flows through our proxy directly to TouchPoint®'s API.
  • Usage metrics (request counts, platform versions) are collected for service monitoring.
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.

7a. Church Contact Data on Devices

For caller ID and contact search functionality, a subset of church contact data (names and phone numbers) may be synced to the user's personal device. The subscribing church acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Church contact data (names, phone numbers, member status) will be stored locally on staff members' personal devices for caller ID identification.
  • The church administrator is responsible for determining which staff members should have access to the church directory via TPxi Go, using TouchPoint®'s built-in access controls.
  • Locally synced contact data is automatically removed when the user signs out or uninstalls the app.
  • If a staff member's TouchPoint® account is revoked, they will no longer receive updated contact data. However, previously synced contacts may remain on their device until they sign out or uninstall the app.
  • The church is responsible for ensuring that use of TPxi Go complies with any applicable privacy laws or data protection regulations governing the church's member data.
  • DisplayCache is not responsible for how staff members use contact information obtained through TPxi Go after it has been delivered to their device.

8. TouchPoint® Software Requirement & Disclaimer

TPxi Go requires an active, separately purchased subscription to TouchPoint® Church Management Software. A TPxi Go subscription does not include, provide, or grant access to TouchPoint® Software. You must maintain your own agreement and subscription with TouchPoint Software, Inc. to use TPxi Go.

TPxi Go is an independent product built by DisplayCache. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially supported by TouchPoint Software, Inc. We have no control over TouchPoint®'s platform, API availability, pricing, features, or terms of service.

If your TouchPoint® subscription lapses or is terminated, TPxi Go will not function. We are not responsible for any changes TouchPoint® Software makes to their platform or API that may affect the functionality of TPxi Go.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • The Service depends on TouchPoint®'s API availability, which is outside our control.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, unauthorized access, or errors resulting from TouchPoint®'s API behavior.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by DisplayCache. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your church's internal purposes.

Open source tools built by DisplayCache for the TouchPoint® community are governed by their respective licenses.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your locally stored credentials and synced contacts will continue to exist on your devices until you sign out or uninstall.
  • We may delete your subscription data and usage history after termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our Service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to subscribers via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
