Sample Made up people for illustration.
1Who they are. Photo, member status, and campus at a glance.
2Quick actions. Log a Note, assign a Task, Flag for follow-up, or tap green Save to add them to your phone.
3Phone. Tap to call. Hold / right-click to pick the call app, text, or copy.
4Email. Tap to write. Hold / right-click to copy, or email the whole family.
5Address. Tap to open in Maps. Hold / right-click to copy. Most people show the household address. If someone has their own and the family lives elsewhere, you see both, with the second labeled as the family’s.
6Birthday. Now on the card next to phone, email, and address.
7Brief. Tap Show brief for a short summary of this person, on iPhone. See below.
8Recent Activity. Open by default. Calls, texts, and emails logged through TP Go, plus notes, newest first. The colored label shows the kind of entry, with who logged it and how long ago. Tap Show all for the rest. When you ask Siri, the logged calls, texts, and emails count as contact history, not as notes.
9Tasks. Open tasks assigned to this person, with due dates and who sent them. Turn on Show completed to see finished ones.
10Family. Everyone in the household, with their role and age. Tap anyone to jump to their card.
11Involvements. Their groups, grouped by ministry, with their role in each. Leader roles stand out.
12Emergency Contact. Emergency contact and phone, medical notes with allergies marked, and their doctor and doctor’s phone. It only shows to staff permitted to see it, and your church can hide it on the dashboard.
13Related Families. Other households tied to this person. Tap one to open it.
14View Full Profile. Opens their full TouchPoint® profile in Safari for involvements, notes, giving, and more.
Open and close sections. Tap a section title to open or close it. A closed section shows an arrow pointing right, and the number tells you how many items are inside.

What you see depends on two things: your church’s Contact Card Display settings on the TP Go dashboard, which can turn any section off for everyone, and your own TouchPoint® permissions. Some sections, like Family, Emergency Contact, and Related Families, only appear when there is something to show.

Green numbers are new. Address, email, and birthday appear on every app: iPhone, Android, Chrome, Edge, Outlook, and Teams.
A brief on every contact card NEW
Brief Refresh Sample

Brook Pinson is a member at Main Campus. Brook and Sarah have two children, Emma and Jack.

Serves on the Worship Team and Ushers, and leads Group 201.

One open task: a follow up call about the fall retreat. Recent notes mention a visit after Sarah’s surgery.

Read aloud
Ask about Brook…
1Tap Show brief. Get a short summary: who they are, their family and related families, the groups they belong to and the ones they lead, open tasks, and what recent notes say.
2Tap Read aloud to hear it. Handy on the way to a visit.
3Use the Ask box below the brief to type a question about them. Refresh writes a new brief.
Private by design. The brief is written on the iPhone itself by Apple Intelligence. Nothing about the person is sent anywhere, and it only uses what you can already see in TouchPoint®.

What you need. iOS 26 and an iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer). On other phones, Help explains what is missing.
Just ask Siri NEW
“Hey Siri, brief me in TP Go.”
Who would you like a brief on?
Brook Pinson
Brook Pinson is a member at Main Campus…
Is there anything else you want to ask or do?
Siri asks who, then reads the brief. When it finishes, keep going: ask a question, take an action, or ask about somebody else without starting over.
“Hey Siri, Ask TP Go.”
Who are his kids?
Brook has two children, Emma and Jack.
Text him saying I’m running late.
What’s his address? When did someone last talk to him?Call himEmail himGet directionsOpen his profileAdd a note
Give a name, then ask. Siri answers from TouchPoint® and keeps listening for the next question.

Switch people

Say “switch to Sarah” or “tell me about Sarah” and Siri carries on with her. Family members are matched first. For a quick one, just use the name: “What’s Sarah’s birthday?”

Not sure what to say?

Ask “What can I ask?” and Siri gives you examples. Say “that’s all” when you are done.

Logged like the buttons

Calls, texts, and emails you start through Siri are logged to TouchPoint® just like the buttons in the app, following your church’s logging settings.

Care details, carefully

Emergency contact, allergies, and medical notes follow the same permission as the Emergency Contact section on the card, and Siri gives them only when you ask.

More to ask about

Finished tasks, nickname or maiden name, member status, bio, and for students, grade and school. Ask for “every recent note” and Siri reads each one.

Where it works

Briefs and Ask TP Go run on the iPhone itself and need iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence. On Android (beta), voice works through Google Assistant today. Phones moved to Gemini can’t use it yet.
