Reading their profile and recent activity…
Brook is a member at Main Campus. He and Sarah are raising Ella and Jonah, and the family is related to the Carters. He is part of Group 201, serves with the Ushers, and leads the Worship Team. He has two open tasks, including a follow-up call about the fall retreat. A recent note says he would like to help with the new members class.

What changed in iOS 1.5.10 through 1.5.12, Android 1.5.10 and 1.5.11, Chrome/Edge 1.5.10 and 1.5.11, and Outlook/Teams 2.2.5 and 2.2.6.
Open someone and tap Show brief for a short summary: who they are, their family and related families, the groups they belong to and the ones they lead, open tasks, and what recent notes say.
Tap Read aloud to hear it. Below the brief, an Ask box lets you type a question about them.
Say “Hey Siri, brief me in TP Go” to hear someone’s brief, or “Hey Siri, Ask TP Go” to ask questions and get things done by voice. See the examples below.
Every contact card now shows the address and email with the phone numbers, and the birthday next to their age under the name. If someone has an address of their own and the family lives somewhere else, you see both, and the second one is labeled Family Address.
Tap an address to open it in Maps, or press and hold (right-click on a computer) to copy it. On the browser, Outlook and Teams, addresses and email links now open in their own tab so you keep your place.
Your church can turn any of these fields off for everyone in the Contact Card Display settings on the TP Go dashboard.
After an update, Settings shows a badge. Tap What’s New to read what changed in the version you have. Opening it clears the badge.
The Enable Caller ID banner now has a Turn On button that opens the exact iPhone setting. Switch TP Go on, come back, and the banner goes away by itself.
On the My Tasks tab, each row now says who the task is about, such as “about Michelle Fithian”, and the same name shows on the task detail. There is nothing to set up.
iPhone only. Siri answers from TouchPoint® and keeps listening for your next question.
You can also ask for their emergency contact, allergies or medical notes, finished tasks, nickname or maiden name, member status, bio, or, for students, their grade and school. Ask for every open task or recent note and Siri reads each one and tells you how many there are.
Calls, texts and emails are logged to TouchPoint just like the buttons in the app, following your church’s logging settings. People you ask about show in the Activity list, marked “Asked Siri”.
Siri asks who, then reads their brief, which is handy on the way to a visit. When it finishes, Siri asks if there is anything else you want to ask or do, or if you want to ask about somebody else, so you can keep going without starting over.
For staff and for the person who runs TP Go at your church.
Briefs and Ask TP Go need iOS 26 and an iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer). On other phones, Help explains what is missing.
Briefs and answers are written on the iPhone itself. Nothing about the person is sent anywhere, and they only use what you can already see in TouchPoint.
Briefs and Ask TP Go are on for every church. If you would rather your staff not use them, uncheck Briefs and Ask on your TP Go dashboard.
Changes from iOS 1.5.11 and the matching Android, Chrome/Edge and Outlook/Teams releases.
Phone Sign-in on your TP Go dashboard sets how long a new sign-in is good for: 90 days, 6 months, a year, 5 years, or never. Five years is the default and is what the app has always used.
A change applies to sign-ins made from then on, and nobody is signed out. To see or cancel the access phones already hold, use the Access Audit report inside TouchPoint.
On iPhone, Settings keeps a short record of your last few sign-in attempts. Anything that failed shows in red, with a button to copy the whole thing. No password or access token is kept. If someone cannot get in, copy it and send it to us.
If your access is removed or runs out, the app tells you and opens the sign-in screen with your church address already filled in. On iPhone, the app takes your username, not your email, and it now tells you that if you try your email.
